User research indicates that there is a need for a more simplified user experience surrounding health literacy and benefit information. Users also desire a more fluid experience and ease of access to contact information. The MyBenefits.Life app solves that by giving users access to all their benefits information in one unified place. From new hire intake information, to perks, open enrollment and even a terminology glossary. Additionally, it lightens the load on HR benefit teams by giving users access and assistance with benefit questions, prescription issues and inquiries.

Our primary goals for the app
- Focus on finding things fast and making users’ lives easier when it comes to their benefits.
- Create an experience where users can learn all about their benefits in one place.
- Give users easy access to relevant articles, a glossary and live contact details.
- Speed and intuitiveness. The app needs to load quickly and desired information need to be easily accessible.

Even though Alliant is making a lot of strides toward evolving it's brand, the insurance industry still calls for a lot of traditional brand collateral. I worked closely with various stakeholders in order to make this campaign a success.

Nothing beats a good pullup banner, ready to attract attention at conferences and tradeshow events. The insurance industry has many such events and this is an ideal opportunity to promote the MyBenefits.Life app.
