
Background
IBX is a billion-dollar insurance disruptor with committed professionals who understand going to market on behalf of a large Employer. They deliver services to companies in order to alleviate the cumbersome procurement processes that HR departments have to go through to develop employee benefits packages.
IBX needed to completely overhaul their user experience, they needed fresh branding and a new responsive website.
Initial user experience research showed that there was a need for clearer communication surrounding procurement methods. Users want to know who they can contact, what IBX can do for them and why IBX is the right choice.
The new user interface is centred around usability – delivering a great digital experience for everyone who visits the website

A top priority was to provide clearer high-level overviews of their services. Part of the IBX website redesign was a complete update to their branding, that included a new logo, style guide and photography. We focused on a clean design and content strategy to bring out their engaging brand story.

The new photography better reflects their company culture and creates an approachable, personable experience. Fresh, modern typography rounds out the new look.
